For this academic project, we collaborated with Nike to design office spaces in Bogota. After analyzing various office buildings, we chose Parque De La 93. Our approach involved deep research into Nike's history, ethos, and future direction, aligning our design concept, "Run Towards Your Future," with their brand identity.
We considered the organization's structure, user types, and employee needs to create a dynamic workspace that reflects Nike's values and fosters productivity.
design value
Our design prioritized flexibility, collaboration, and well-being in response to the evolving nature of work, especially post-COVID-19. By incorporating vibrant coworking areas, entertainment zones, and wellness amenities, we aimed to create a vibrant and engaging environment that promotes creativity and community.
The use of Nike's signature orange color palette, alongside black and white contrasts, reflects the brand's identity while infusing energy and dynamism into the space.
pROCESS
We began by studying Nike's organizational structure and analyzing user types to determine the office's layout and functionality. Emphasizing an open floor plan, we integrated flexible workspaces and collaborative zones to accommodate various work styles and promote interaction among employees.
Materials such as metal accents, light wood, concrete, and acoustic ceilings were carefully selected to enhance the space's aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a harmonious balance between style and practicality. Through iterative design iterations and meticulous attention to detail, we created an innovative workspace that embodies Nike's spirit of innovation and forward-thinking.
